NETWORK SETTINGS

Select your desired mobile Operating System and follow simple instructions to manually configure your device all by yourself!
Note: Settings may vary depending on your devices.

iOS Devices

Version 13.3 and above

STEP 1
Go to Settings > Mobile Data
STEP 2
Tap Mobile Data Network
STEP 3
Ensure the APN under Mobile Data and Personal Hotspot is as below:

APN: tunetalk

Version 12

STEP 1
Download the APN Configuration Utility
*Please use the default Safari browser to download the file
STEP 2
Allow your Safari browser to open Settings to show configuration profile
STEP 3
Install the TunetalkAPN
STEP 4
Sit back and let us do the rest for you

Follow the steps below to ensure you have installed the correct configuration file.

STEP 1
Go to Settings > General > Profile > TunetalkAPN
STEP 2
Tap on More Details to view configuration details
STEP 3
Make sure the APN is as below:

Attach APN: tunetalk
APN: tunetalk

Note: Please contact our Customer Care team if your APN profile is incorrect.

Earlier Version

STEP 1

Go to Settings > Cellular > Enabled Cellular Data

STEP 2

Choose Cellular Data Network

STEP 3

Cellular Data Settings >
APN: tunetalk

*leave other fields blank

STEP 4

Restart your device to enjoy your mobile data!

*Note: For users on roaming, please ensure your Data Roaming is enabled.

Go to Settings > Mobile Networks

STEP 2

Select Access Point Names

STEP 3

Add new APN and Authentication Type as below:

APN: tunetalk
Authentication Type: PAP

*leave other fields blank

STEP 4

Tap Save/Done and ensure you're on Tune Talk Internet

STEP 5

Restart your device to enjoy your mobile data!
